I love this griddle. I leave it out on my cooktop all the time and use it to cook things I would normally pull out a fry pan for. The option of one or two burners is really nice. The handles don't get hot and the surface cleans easily. The surface also seems to cook things better than the smooth surface of regular fry pan. This pan seems the perfect balance of price and quality.
