REMEMBER!!! DON'T ever use your circulon cookware with HIGH heat.
If you bother to read your insert, it tells you to use no higher than MID-HIGH, and Unless I am not boiling water, I usually use mine at MID temperature. It makes the pan last years in near perfect condition.
