Customer Review: Great product with a little care...

I've been using Circulon pots and pans for a little over three years and their quality is unmatched by any other brand I've used. They cook evenly and are truly non-stick. There are a couple of things though... According to the manufacturer's website you can damage them by frequently using them at too high of heat. They are so efficient at distributing heat you don't need to heat them as high to do the same job as another pan. Also, if you use butter, oil, etc. some of the non-stick probertly goes away, although I wouldn't say anywhere close to a regular pan. AND you can restore them to a large degree by boiling vigegar water for a few minutes then washing them. There are more detailed directions on the circulon website that are useful for careing for the pans. Overall, I think they're a great product.
