If you are a five star Chef, or a regular everyday cook like me, this cookware set is the bomb. I have used this cookware from the time UPS dropped it off and it is flawless, the cookware that is. Sometimes I forget to check on my meal and poof there goes dinner. BUT the best part of messing up is that it is a breeze to clean up. Out of all the pots and pans that I have purchased through the years Circulon has held up very well, there is absolutely no peeling of non-stick flakes to season your food. When I do cook right the pans heat up evenly and cooks perfectly even without using fatty oils which helps reduced calories and fat grams. I will be getting other Circulon pans and bake-ware in the near future.
