I had several woks before. None of them I was happy with. I stir fry my food everyday. This wok is light, non sticky, and heated up very fast and even. I am happy with it so far, very easy to use and clean.

Description of Circulon 2 14-Inch Covered Wok

Stir-fry your favorite veggies or invent new and delectable dishes with the covered wok. The hard-anodized aluminum construction makes the wok twice as strong as steel for outstanding durability. Perfect heat distribution eradicates hot spots. The patented total food release system, an exclusive technology, takes it beyond other nonsticks. This Hi-Low wave technology also protects it from abrasion and makes it easy to clean. Phenolic Handles are ergonomic for a confident grip. Oven safe to 350?F.
This 14-inch wok is crucial for stir-frying classic Chinese dishes, such as beef with asparagus. However, it also is great for steaming, braising, saut;eacute;ing, and stewing and can easily become the most used cookware in the kitchen. This Circulon 2 wok is made of heavy-gauge hard-anodized aluminum, which heats foods evenly without hot spots and stands up to constant use at high temperatures. An advanced nonstick coating covers the exterior and interior of the pan to keep food from sticking and staining as with less expensive aluminum woks. The interior also has Circulon's patented Hi-Low grooves, which expose just a small portion of the nonstick surface to cooking so it outlasts many other nonstick formulas. The polished 18/10 stainless-steel lid is domed for capturing moisture during steaming or braising and forms a tight seal against the wok to trap flavors. The two comfortable handles on the wok's sides and one on the lid are ergonomically designed of phenolic plastic, which stays cool on the stovetop and is also oven-safe to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
