Description of Circulon 2 12-Inch Deep Round Grill Pan

The Hi-Low concentric grooves climb about an inch up the rounded sides of this 12-inch round grill pan (which doesn't have a lid), permitting thorough scraping without damaging the nonstick coating. The grooves also cross the pan's raised grid, which imparts tasty, appealing grill marks to steaks, burgers, and fish and permits fat to drain off while cooking. The pan is 2 inches deep to contain splatters. It carries a lifetime warranty against defects and should be hand washed. --Fred Brack
